Call for tenders: Logistics, Event and Transportation Services in Ukraine

SALAR International invites your company to tender for providing logistic, event and transportation services for SALAR Internationals programmes in Ukraine.

SALAR International is currently in the preparatory phase of two new programmes in Ukraine, and now invites your company to tender for providing logistic, event and transportation services for these prorgrammes.

This procurement consists of two lots 1) Events and business trip organisation services, and 2) transport services for business trips in Ukraine:

Events and business trip organisation services which cover mainly, but not only, organisation and coordination of conferences and communication services, catering, accommodation, booking of tickets, per diem arrangements etc. The Framework Agreement amount is limited to a maximum of 2 000 000 EURO for the organisation and costs of the services for the period August 2024 to May 2028.

Transport services which cover arrangement of personal transport means such as cars, minibuses, and buses all over Ukraine.The Framework Agreement amount is limited to a maximum of 650 000 EURO for the organisation and the costs of services for the period August 2024- May 2028.
